MEMBERSHIPS
Southern Slingshots memberships allow Front Engine Dragsters (FEDs), altereds and Funny Cars with a wide range of performance levels to participate while offering tracks/promoters the best possible product for their event(s).
ALL MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE SOUTHERN SLINGSHOT COORDINATORS PRIOR TO BEING ACCEPTED.
MEMBERSHIP
COST: $75
Membership is reserved for FEDs, comp coupes, center steer Altereds and Funny Cars able to run 8.99 or quicker in the ¼ mile or 5.80 in the 1/8th mile. Cars and personnel must meet all requirements of the “SOUTHERN SLINGSHOTS REGULATIONS”.
Members are be eligible to make passes and receive pay outs at all participating Slingshots events. Number of cars needed, type of car (how quick a car is, if it's blown or injected), number of runs and the amount of payout will be determined based on negotiations with event promoters.
Members are eligible for reserved pit space at participating Slingshots events.
Members are eligible for free crew entry at Slingshots participating events.
Members will have access to the Slingshots members bulletin board.
